How to Use

1. Wash hands and nipples with lukewarm water, then gently pat dry.
2. Open a sachet, unfold the compress and place the gel side on the sore nipple.
3. Leave on for at least 10 minutes (preferably 30 minutes), up to a maximum of 1 hour.
4. Dispose of the compress after use. Any excess gel does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
5. Use at least twice daily for intensive care until discomfort is relieved.
