How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin, ensuring the blister area is free of creams and oils.
2. Remove the backing paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
3. Apply the plaster firmly over the blister, smoothing down the edges.
4. Leave in place until it starts to detach (can stay on several days).
5. To remove, do not pull upwards — slowly stretch it along the skin.
