When taken daily Alflorex helps manage digestive balance, improving gut health. Probiotic bacteria strengthen the walls of the intestine, forming a protective barrier against other harmful bacteria stopping them from growing in the intestine. This particular strain of bacteria has been tested on patients with IBS and shown to alleviate some of their symptoms. Its daily consumption should be continued if you notice a positive effect, as Alflorex disappears from the intestine soon after you stop taking it.
Directions
Adults take one capsule per day. Do not exceed the stated dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a healthy diet. Always close the lid securely after use. Consume within 1 month of opening.
